Job Requirements
- Minimum seven years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory role
- Minimum five years as restaurant general manager in full-service restaurant with bar
- Experience managing multiple units and general managers preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to interact effectively with executives, union reps, and frontline employees
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum seven years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
- Minimum five years in a restaurant general manager capacity in a full-service restaurant with bar environment
- Experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager with oversight of general managers highly desired
- Full service and quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Culinary background is desirable
- Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize activities
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels
- P&L expert level with ability to teach and coach general managers
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree or equivalent coursework preferred
