Job Requirements
- must have multi-unit experience
- dynamic leader with team building skills
- reinforce accountability amongst locations to company standards and policies
- maintain exceptional food safety practices
- work closely with General Managers and Director of Operations on brand standards, labor, food cost, and scheduling
- uphold building and property standards of each location
- staff each store with fully trained and certified management team
- develop managers continuously
- maintain a low turnover rate by retaining and developing management staff
Job Qualifications
- previous area supervisor or operations supervisor experience
- experience running high volume quick service restaurant locations
- strong leadership and team building skills
- ability to reinforce accountability and uphold company standards
- knowledge of food safety best practices
- experience managing labor, food costs, and scheduling
- ability to develop management teams
- excellent communication and coaching skills
- background in hospitality or retail is a plus
Job Duties
- run a patch of profitable restaurants and ensure they meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- work with General Managers and Shift Managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and develop General Managers and Shift Managers with coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department, Shift Managers, and crew members
- reinforce accountability to company standards and policies
- maintain exceptional food safety practices at all locations
- manage labor, food cost, and scheduling in collaboration with the General Managers and Director of Operations
- uphold building and property standards at each location
- staff each restaurant with fully trained and certified management teams
- focus on the continuous development of all management levels
- maintain a low turnover rate by retaining and developing management staff
