Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years of operations experience as a manager in a Papa Murphy's or similar store
  • multi-unit management experience preferred
  • ServSafe Certification
  • strong integrity and leadership skills
  • ability to supervise multiple Store Managers and Assistant Managers
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent customer service capabilities
  • proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
  • basic reading and math skills including weights and measurements
  • knowledge of store financials, profit and loss, break-even analysis, food and labor cost analysis

Job Duties

  • Oversee efficient and cost-effective operation of assigned stores, including profitability, employee relations, marketing, and waste reduction
  • inspect prep areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitary standards
  • review and confirm accuracy of reports tracking food cost, waste, sales, inventory, and labor hours
  • coordinate with Store Managers to promote operational efficiency and maintain fair treatment of team members
  • assist in pizza preparation and assembly timing at front of house as needed
  • monitor cash procedures including bank deposits and cash drawer accuracy
  • hold Store Managers accountable for managing promotion coupons and gift certificates
  • ensure weekly work schedules are posted in advance
  • approve Store Manager work schedules
  • use QSC reports to improve operational levels
  • maintain consistent communication with supervisors on store status
  • hold Store Managers accountable for recruitment, training, and retention
  • conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions of Store Managers
  • ensure compliance with labor laws
  • manage guest feedback through Market Force and InMoment platforms and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • participate in sales-building and local marketing activities
  • maintain professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
