Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience
  • Experience in merchandising preferred
  • Proven ability to manage profit and loss responsibility for multiple units
  • Must be willing to relocate
  • Able to travel regularly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform duties including standing walking bending kneeling stooping crouching crawling climbing and occasional lifting of items over 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and work across multiple locations
  • Experience in retail operations and merchandising preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily retail operations ensuring efficiency consistency and alignment with company goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Leverage creative thinking through cross department collaboration to develop innovative solutions refine workflows and drive initiatives
  • Mentor and empower teams across multiple locations fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement
