Job Requirements

  • Must be able to travel by air and car for business purposes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years operations management experience in a restaurant or similar store
  • Prefer multi-unit management experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Strong leadership, integrity, and honesty
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult or emotional situations
  • Basic computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
  • Basic reading, math, weights, and measurements skills
  • Knowledge of store financials including profit and loss, break-even analysis, and cost management

Job Duties

  • Oversight of the efficient and cost-effective operation of assigned stores including profitability, employee relations, marketing, food and labor costs, and minimizing waste
  • Inspect all prep areas, equipment, and utensils for sanitary standards compliance
  • Review and confirm accuracy of reports tracking food cost, waste, sales, inventory, and labor hours
  • Coordinate with Store Managers to promote operational efficiency and fair treatment of team members
  • Assist at the front of the house as needed by making pizzas and ensuring timely pizza assembly
  • Monitor cash procedures including bank deposits and cash drawer accuracy
  • Hold Store Managers accountable for coupon, gift certificate tracking, and reconciliation with sales
  • Ensure store scheduling is prepared and approved one week in advance
  • Use QSC reports to improve store operations
  • Communicate store status consistently to supervisors
  • Manage recruitment, training, retention, and performance evaluation of Store Managers
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
  • Participate in sales building and local marketing activities
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
