Job Requirements
- Willingness to relocate
- ability to travel and work across multiple locations
- capacity to handle physical demands including standing walking bending kneeling stooping crouching crawling climbing occasional lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- 5+ years multi-unit management experience preferred
- 5+ years of merchandising experience preferred
- 5+ years of P&L responsibility of multiple units preferred
- strong leadership and mentorship skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning
Job Duties
- Oversee daily retail operations ensuring efficiency consistency and alignment with company goals identifying opportunities for process improvement
