Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in restaurant operations management
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Strong leadership and integrity
  • Ability to supervise multiple locations and teams
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to manage customer service challenges
  • Ability to travel by air and car
  • Ability to complete reports timely
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of operations experience as a manager in Papa Murphy's or a similar store
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Strong integrity, honesty, and leadership skills
  • Ability to supervise multiple Store Managers or Assistant Managers
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
  • Basic reading and math skills including weights and measurements
  • Knowledge of store financials, P&L, break-even analysis, food and labor cost analysis

Job Duties

  • Oversight of efficient and cost-effective operation of assigned stores, including profitability, employee relations, marketing, food and labor costs, and waste minimization
  • Inspect prep areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitary standards are met
  • Review and confirm accuracy of reports tracking food cost, waste, sales, inventory, and hours worked
  • Coordinate work with Store Managers to promote operational efficiency and consistent team treatment
  • Assist at the front of the house as needed to ensure pizza assembly times
  • Monitor cash procedures and ensure accuracy of bank deposits and cash drawers
  • Hold Store Managers accountable for recruitment, training, retention, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
