Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in restaurant operations management
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong leadership and integrity
- Ability to supervise multiple locations and teams
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to manage customer service challenges
- Ability to travel by air and car
- Ability to complete reports timely
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of operations experience as a manager in Papa Murphy's or a similar store
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong integrity, honesty, and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise multiple Store Managers or Assistant Managers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
- Basic reading and math skills including weights and measurements
- Knowledge of store financials, P&L, break-even analysis, food and labor cost analysis
Job Duties
- Oversight of efficient and cost-effective operation of assigned stores, including profitability, employee relations, marketing, food and labor costs, and waste minimization
- Inspect prep areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitary standards are met
- Review and confirm accuracy of reports tracking food cost, waste, sales, inventory, and hours worked
- Coordinate work with Store Managers to promote operational efficiency and consistent team treatment
- Assist at the front of the house as needed to ensure pizza assembly times
- Monitor cash procedures and ensure accuracy of bank deposits and cash drawers
- Hold Store Managers accountable for recruitment, training, retention, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
