Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of restaurant management experience
- experience in quick-service restaurant preferred
- experience managing shifts without supervision
- multi-unit supervision experience preferred
- availability to work at least five days a week including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices
- familiarity with federal and state labor laws and local health regulations
- strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- basic accounting and computer proficiency
- ability to follow directions and work autonomously
- ability to multi-task and solve problems
- problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- compliance with company appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred
- minimum of three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service restaurants
- experience running shifts without supervision
- multi-unit supervision experience preferred
- knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices
- knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation regulations
- leadership and supervisory skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- basic accounting and computer skills
- problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manages, trains, and coaches working partners and general managers and conducts management orientation
- directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
- oversee multiple drive-in employees and management in performing all duties in the basic stations during a shift to ensure preparation, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste, and service of all menu items meet operational standards
- adheres to and monitors management compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies, and practices
- takes appropriate action to address employee issues and policy violations and immediately reports all such issues to immediate supervisor
- reviews employee and drive-in management work schedules to ensure continuous ability to serve guests according to policy and law
- monitors multiple drive-in cost control procedures for food, labor, paper, and inventory and takes corrective action when necessary
- monitors vendor performance and takes corrective action when necessary
- audits employment-related and payroll records
- reinforces guest-first approach to drive-in management
- responds to escalated guest requests and complaints respectfully and takes corrective action
- recruits, interviews, and hires management team members to achieve proper staffing levels
- approves compensation levels of drive-in employees and managers within guidelines
- prepares all necessary operational reports and develops action plans to resolve financial or sales trends
- develops and implements a marketing plan for the region
