Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Experience running shifts without supervision
  • Multi-unit supervision experience preferred
  • Ability to work a minimum five day workweek including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and local health and sanitation laws
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic accounting and computer skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems
  • Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
  • Adherence to company appearance, uniform and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years restaurant management experience in QSR preferred
  • Multi-unit supervision experience preferred
  • Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and employee selection
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health and sanitation regulations
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic accounting and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions

Job Duties

  • Manages, trains, and coaches Working Partners/General Managers and conducts management orientation
  • Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
  • Oversees multiple drive-in employees and management in performing duties across Basic Stations ensuring quality and service standards
  • Adheres to and monitors management compliance of the employee handbook, policies, and practices
  • Takes appropriate action addressing employee issues and policy violations and reports them to immediate supervisor
  • Reviews employee and management work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
  • Monitors cost control procedures for food, labor, paper, and inventory and takes corrective action
  • Monitors vendor performance and takes necessary corrective action
  • Audits drive-in employment-related and payroll records
  • Reinforces placing guest needs first consistently to drive-in management
  • Responds to escalated guest requests and complaints with respect and takes corrective action
  • Recruits, interviews, and hires management team members to maintain staffing levels
  • Approves compensation levels of employees and managers within guidelines
  • Prepares operational reports and develops action plans to resolve financial and sales trends
  • Develops and implements marketing plans for assigned region
