Job Requirements
- previous working experience as Multi-Unit Hospitality manager or Assistant Multi-Unit Hospitality Manager for three (3) years
- working experience in customer service or sales (front end) or working experience in kitchen operation (back end)
- knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service and kitchen operations
- ability to cover for various hospitality personnel in their absence
- excellent communication, leadership, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving aptitude
- hands-on experience with MS Office and relevant software
- understanding of costs in P&L reports and controls on those costs
- organizational ability
Job Qualifications

- culinary experience including pastry is a plus

- BA in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
- understanding of costs in P&L reports and controls on those costs

Job Duties
- hire qualified personnel when needed
- organize and coordinate people and operations
- supervise and oversee staff members
- check supplies and equipment quantity and quality
- ability to cover for various hospitality personnel in their absence
- develop and communicate standard operating procedures
- establish standards for customer service
- ensure adherence to relevant legal, health, and safety regulations and guidelines
- keep and update relevant documents and records
- perform all projects that are assigned by the GH Director
- monitor social media platforms
- monitor online reviews and GH responses
- liaison between Genesis Hospitality and Genesis core services
