Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • multi-unit retail or restaurant management experience
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency with scheduling and timekeeping systems
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to store operations
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple store units
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of labor cost and inventory control
  • experience with cash handling and financial reporting
  • ability to recruit, hire, train, and discipline staff
  • familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with district management

Job Duties

  • Oversee operations of 3 store units
  • achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets
  • supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining
  • monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and variable expenses
  • maintain security and safety of stores
  • manage cash handling and financial reporting
  • monitor inventory levels and reduce waste
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • coordinate promotional and marketing activities
  • maintain relationships with mall management and stakeholders
  • ensure accurate employee timekeeping
  • maintain equipment and physical facilities
  • manage vendor invoice approvals and payments
  • perform additional duties as assigned
