Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- multi-unit retail or restaurant management experience
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with scheduling and timekeeping systems
- valid driver’s license
- ability to perform physical tasks related to store operations
- commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple store units
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of labor cost and inventory control
- experience with cash handling and financial reporting
- ability to recruit, hire, train, and discipline staff
- familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively with district management
Job Duties
- Oversee operations of 3 store units
- achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets
- supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining
- monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and variable expenses
- maintain security and safety of stores
- manage cash handling and financial reporting
- monitor inventory levels and reduce waste
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- coordinate promotional and marketing activities
- maintain relationships with mall management and stakeholders
- ensure accurate employee timekeeping
- maintain equipment and physical facilities
- manage vendor invoice approvals and payments
- perform additional duties as assigned
