Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple restaurant locations
  • Ability to work a flexible and rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in company tools such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles
  • Must comply with all health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
  • At least 3-5 years of multi-unit and multi-concept management experience
  • Experience with Quick Service, Casual Dine, or Full Service restaurant environments
  • Proven ability in team management, delegation and issue resolution
  • Knowledge of food service management or culinary training may substitute for experience
  • Ability to read and understand operational reports and company policies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage staff and leadership
  • Demonstrated understanding of safety and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure all restaurants are prepared for next-day opening and closing procedures
  • Schedule and deploy managers to maintain leadership presence during all operating hours
  • Provide coaching, support and motivation to restaurant staff
  • Hold General Managers accountable for staff onboarding, compliance and operations
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to achieve business goals
  • Ensure product availability, process invoices, and coordinate vendor communications
  • Maintain and schedule service for restaurant equipment
  • Assess staff skills and conduct training programs
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales
  • Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Resolve customer and staff issues using judgment and discretion
