Job Duties
- Ensures zone restaurants are prepared for opening and closing
- Schedules managers to provide leadership coverage during all operating hours
- Provides coaching and support to restaurant staff
- Holds General Managers accountable for onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
- Monitors financial and operational data to meet zone goals
- Maintains product availability and equipment functionality
- Implements marketing programs and ensures compliance with safety standards
- Leads recruitment, hiring, termination, and promotion within the zone
- Promotes employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Collaborates with senior operations leadership on strategy and decisions
