Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years concurrent multi-unit management experience
  • 8-10 years overall restaurant industry experience
  • Ability to work varied and rotating schedules
  • Demonstrated leadership, delegation and issue resolution skills
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding operational reports and menus
  • Capacity to ensure compliance with federal, state and local health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to travel within the zone and visit multiple sites regularly

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated multi-unit management experience in QSR, casual dine, or full-service restaurants
  • Minimum 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively
  • Knowledge of company policies, quality standards and operational tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams
  • Graduation from food service management or culinary program is preferred

Job Duties

  • Open and close restaurants ensuring compliance with checklists
  • Schedule and deploy managers to cover all operating hours
  • Support, coach and encourage restaurant staff to achieve business goals
  • Hold General Managers accountable for onboarding and offboarding associates
  • Monitor financial and operational data to track zone performance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and operational issues
  • Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained
