Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years concurrent multi-unit management experience
- 8-10 years overall restaurant industry experience
- Ability to work varied and rotating schedules
- Demonstrated leadership, delegation and issue resolution skills
- Proficiency in reading and understanding operational reports and menus
- Capacity to ensure compliance with federal, state and local health and safety regulations
- Willingness to travel within the zone and visit multiple sites regularly
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated multi-unit management experience in QSR, casual dine, or full-service restaurants
- Minimum 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively
- Knowledge of company policies, quality standards and operational tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams
- Graduation from food service management or culinary program is preferred
Job Duties
- Open and close restaurants ensuring compliance with checklists
- Schedule and deploy managers to cover all operating hours
- Support, coach and encourage restaurant staff to achieve business goals
- Hold General Managers accountable for onboarding and offboarding associates
- Monitor financial and operational data to track zone performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and operational issues
- Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained
