Job Requirements

  • Experience managing quick service, casual dining, or full service restaurants
  • minimum 8 to 10 years of overall restaurant experience
  • relevant multi-unit management experience within similar complexity zones
  • ability to work varied and rotating shifts including openings and closings
  • ability to read, understand, and communicate policy, brand standards, and operational instructions
  • capacity to handle multiple priorities and lead diverse teams
  • demonstrated knowledge of company policies and operations or willingness to learn rapidly

Job Qualifications

  • Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience for at least 3 to 5 years
  • strong understanding of financial and operational restaurant metrics
  • experience with restaurant management software like Kronos and MIV
  • excellent team management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • ability to develop and implement revenue growth strategies
  • effective communication skills
  • familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices
  • food service management or culinary education is a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensures all restaurants within the zone are prepared for opening and closing with checklist compliance
  • schedules managers to maintain leadership presence during all operating hours
  • provides coaching and support to restaurant staff to meet business goals
  • holds General Managers accountable for onboarding, offboarding, and compliance activities
  • monitors financial and operational data to assign resources and meet objectives
  • maintains product availability and manages vendor relationships
  • oversees maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment
  • ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • implements marketing programs to drive revenue
  • manages daily activities across multiple restaurant units
  • resolves customer and staff issues using discretion
  • promotes employee engagement and recognizes performance
  • collaborates with senior leadership on operational and financial strategies
  • enforces company diversity and inclusion policies
  • participates in food donation and waste minimization initiatives
