Job Requirements

  • Graduation from a food service management or culinary program may substitute for some experience

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of concurrent multi-unit management experience
  • 8-10 years of overall restaurant experience
  • demonstrated team management and delegation skills
  • knowledge of food service management and operational standards
  • proficiency with company technology tools
  • ability to analyze financial data and reports
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Open and close restaurants adhering to all checklist requirements
  • schedule managers to ensure leadership presence during all operating hours
  • provide consistent support, coaching, and encouragement to restaurant staff
  • hold general managers accountable for on-boarding and off-boarding associates
  • read and analyze financial and operational reports to monitor progress
  • collaborate with senior leadership to communicate vision and strategy
  • manage product availability and coordinate with vendors for supply chain issues
