Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
  • minimum 3-5 years concurrent multi-unit management experience
  • graduation from food service management or culinary program may substitute part of experience
  • strong knowledge of restaurant operations
  • ability to work varied and rotating schedules including opening and closing shifts
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to use company technology tools
  • demonstrated leadership and issue resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations
  • food service management or culinary program graduate preferred
  • strong team management and delegation skills
  • knowledge of HMSHost policies and operational standards
  • ability to read and understand menus, policy documents, and operational software
  • proven ability to resolve complex issues and lead effectively
  • experience with financial and reporting tools

Job Duties

  • Open and close restaurants ensuring all requirements are met
  • schedule and deploy managers to maintain leadership presence during operating hours
  • support coaching and employee engagement to achieve business goals
  • ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • manage hiring, promotion, and termination within the zone
  • monitor financial and operational reports to meet zone objectives
  • implement marketing programs and maintain brand standards
