Job Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years overall restaurant management experience
- 3-5 years multi-unit management experience depending on zone size
- graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for some experience
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- strong leadership skills
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks
- knowledge of company product, service, quality, and operational standards
- ability to work varied and rotating schedules including opening and closing shifts
- compliance with health and safety regulations
- ability to operate essential restaurant technology and software
Job Qualifications
- Documented multi-unit restaurant management experience including QSR, casual dining, and full service

Job Duties
- Ensures all general managers and staff prepare restaurants for next day opening, holding managers accountable for closing and opening checklists
- schedules managers to ensure a leader is on site during all operating hours
- coaches and supports restaurant staff to achieve business goals
- implements company diversity and inclusion philosophy
- conducts interviews, makes hiring and termination decisions
- manages onboarding and offboarding of employees
- reads and analyzes financial and operational reports
- collaborates with senior leadership to communicate vision and goals
- motivates and recognizes employee contributions
- engages in financial decision-making and purchasing
- ensures restaurants are stocked and processes invoices
- monitors equipment maintenance and schedules repairs
- promotes waste minimization and food donation programs
- assesses staff skill levels and coordinates training
- embraces and teaches new technologies
- maintains knowledge of brand and operational standards
- manages day-to-day associate activities within the zone
- resolves customer and staff issues
- provides ongoing feedback and development support
- ensures safety standards compliance and trains staff on wellness protocols
- implements marketing and promotional programs as directed
