Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for smaller zones and 5 years for larger zones
  • Overall restaurant industry experience of 8 to 10 years
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with HMSHost operational tools and technology
  • Ability to understand and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work varied and rotating schedules
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policies

Job Qualifications

  • Documented multi-unit and multi-concept management experience
  • Ability to read and understand financial and operational reports
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership, team management, and delegation skills
  • Culinary or Food Service Management program graduation is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure all general managers and staff prepare restaurants for opening and closing each day
  • Schedule managers to maintain leadership presence during all operating hours
  • Provide coaching and support to restaurant staff to achieve business goals
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • Monitor financial and operational data to meet zone goals
  • Oversee product availability and equipment maintenance
  • Implement marketing programs and promote brand standards
