Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for smaller zones and 5 years for larger zones
- Overall restaurant industry experience of 8 to 10 years
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with HMSHost operational tools and technology
- Ability to understand and comply with health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work varied and rotating schedules
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policies
Job Qualifications
- Documented multi-unit and multi-concept management experience
- Ability to read and understand financial and operational reports
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Strong leadership, team management, and delegation skills
- Culinary or Food Service Management program graduation is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Ensure all general managers and staff prepare restaurants for opening and closing each day
- Schedule managers to maintain leadership presence during all operating hours
- Provide coaching and support to restaurant staff to achieve business goals
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Monitor financial and operational data to meet zone goals
- Oversee product availability and equipment maintenance
- Implement marketing programs and promote brand standards
