Job Requirements
- Minimum of eight years overall restaurant experience
- At least three years of concurrent multi-unit multi-concept management experience
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of company policies shortly after hire
- Demonstrated skills in team management, delegation, and issue resolution
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals
- Flexibility to work varied and rotating schedules including early mornings and late evenings
- Familiarity with financial and operational data analysis
- Commitment to maintaining safety and health standards
Job Qualifications
- Documented multi-unit restaurant management experience for a minimum of three years
- Overall restaurant experience of eight to ten years
- Demonstrated team management and delegation skills
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies and operational standards
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend policy documents and menus
- Graduation from Food Service Management or Culinary program is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Ensures all GMs and staff prepare restaurants for next day opening and complete closing checklists
- Schedules managers to guarantee a leader on site during all operating hours
- Provides coaching, support, and encouragement to restaurant staff
- Holds GMs accountable for onboarding and compliance activities
- Monitors financial and operational data to achieve zone goals
- Oversees daily order preparation, inventory, and vendor communication
- Maintains restaurant equipment and schedules repairs
- Manages marketing programs and promotional activities
- Ensures compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Resolves customer and associate issues and provides leadership feedback
