Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of concurrent multi-unit management experience for small zones or minimum 5 years for large zones
  • Overall 8-10 years of restaurant experience
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand policies and instructions
  • Strong team management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of company policies and product standards or ability to learn quickly
  • Willingness to work a varied rotating schedule
  • Ability to make purchasing decisions within assigned authority
  • Commitment to employee engagement and diversity
  • Understanding of financial and operational data analysis

Job Qualifications

  • Proven multi-unit management experience in quick service or full service restaurants
  • At least 8-10 years of overall restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Knowledge of operational and financial management
  • Ability to work varied schedules including opening, peak, and closing shifts
  • Competency with industry operational tools such as Kronos and inventory systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with union and non-union restaurant environments
  • Food service management or culinary program education is a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensure all general managers and staff follow opening and closing procedures
  • Schedule managers to cover all operating hours ensuring leadership presence in the zone
  • Provide coaching and support to achieve business goals
  • Hire, promote, and manage staffing changes for restaurant associates
  • Monitor financial and operational reports to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic issues
  • Implement marketing programs and manage promotional activities
  • Maintain product availability and equipment functionality
  • Train associates on brand standards and company tools
  • Uphold safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • Manage day-to-day activities and resolve operational issues
  • Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
