Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of concurrent multi-unit management experience with eight to ten years of overall restaurant experience
  • food service management or culinary program graduation may substitute for experience
  • demonstrated team management and delegation skills
  • knowledge of HMSHost policies and operational standards
  • ability to comprehend instructions and communicate effectively
  • willingness to work a varied, rotating schedule including early and late shifts

  • Experience managing multiple restaurants or food service units concurrently

Job Duties

  • Ensures all general managers and staff prepare restaurants for opening and closing each day
  • schedules managers to maintain leadership coverage during all operating hours
  • supports and coaches restaurant staff to meet business goals
  • holds managers accountable for employee onboarding, training, and compliance activities
  • monitors financial and operational data to track zone performance
  • collaborates with senior directors to communicate goals and address issues
  • manages inventory, equipment maintenance, and product availability to ensure smooth operations
