Job Requirements

  • Documented multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively
  • Food Service Management or Culinary education preferred but not required
  • Effective communication skills including written and verbal
  • Familiarity with employee engagement and diversity initiatives
  • Willingness to work varied and rotating shifts including early mornings and late nights
  • Ability to understand and enforce company and brand standards
  • Compliance with all safety and health protocols
  • Capacity to conduct hiring, termination, and promotion decisions respectfully and legally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of overall restaurant experience
  • At least 3-5 years of concurrent multi-unit management experience
  • Experience managing quick service, casual dining, or full-service restaurants
  • Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of company policies, product, service, and operations standards
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate instructions and policies effectively
  • Familiarity with industry software tools such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
  • Experience with financial report analysis and operational budgeting
  • Understanding of health and safety compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities

Job Duties

  • Ensure all restaurants in the zone are properly opened and closed daily
  • Schedule managers to provide on-site leadership during all operating hours
  • Support, coach, and encourage restaurant staff to achieve business goals
  • Interview, hire, promote, and manage employees within the zone
  • Hold General Managers accountable for onboarding and offboarding associates
  • Monitor financial and operational data and assign tasks to meet zone objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate goals and strategies
  • Manage product availability, vendors, and inventory control
  • Ensure staff proficiency in company tools and systems
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Implement brand standards and marketing programs
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitary regulations
  • Promote employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Resolve customer and associate issues effectively
