Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple restaurants and leadership teams
  • Minimum of 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
  • Ability to work flexible and rotating shifts including openings and closings
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to use technology tools such as inventory and scheduling software
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Documented multi-unit restaurant management experience for a minimum of 3 years
  • Overall restaurant management experience of 8-10 years
  • Experience managing QSR, Casual Dine, or Full Service restaurants
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and issue resolution skills
  • Knowledge of company policies, product, and operational standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Graduation from Food Service Management or Culinary program is a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensure all GMs and staff execute opening and closing procedures appropriately
  • Schedule managers to maintain leadership presence during all operational hours
  • Provide consistent coaching and support to restaurant staff
  • Hold GMs accountable for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Read and analyze financial and operational reports to meet zone goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and financial decisions
  • Manage product availability and equipment maintenance
  • Implement brand standards and employee training
  • Address customer and associate issues using discretion
  • Enforce safety standards and COVID-19 wellness protocols
