Job Requirements

  • Concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for at least 3 years
  • Overall restaurant experience of 8 to 10 years
  • Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including opening and closing shifts
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Understanding of food service management or culinary program is preferred
  • Capable of handling staffing, budgeting, and operational decisions
  • Willingness to uphold safety and health standards

Job Qualifications

  • Documented experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Knowledge of HMSHost policies and operational standards
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate instructions and policy documents
  • Experience in employee engagement and workforce diversity practices
  • Proficiency with company tools such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues

Job Duties

  • Ensure all restaurants within the assigned zone are open, staffed, and meet operational standards
  • Hold General Managers accountable for executing opening and closing checklists
  • Schedule managers to provide leadership presence during all operational hours
  • Support, coach, and encourage restaurant staff to achieve business goals
  • Oversee hiring, termination, promotion, and status changes for associates
  • Manage product availability, order processing, and vendor communications
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards while driving revenue growth
