Job Requirements
- Concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for at least 3 years
- Overall restaurant experience of 8 to 10 years
- Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including opening and closing shifts
- Effective communication skills in English
- Understanding of food service management or culinary program is preferred
- Capable of handling staffing, budgeting, and operational decisions
- Willingness to uphold safety and health standards

Job Qualifications
- Documented experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies and operational standards
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate instructions and policy documents
- Experience in employee engagement and workforce diversity practices
- Proficiency with company tools such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues
Job Duties
- Ensure all restaurants within the assigned zone are open, staffed, and meet operational standards
- Hold General Managers accountable for executing opening and closing checklists
- Schedule managers to provide leadership presence during all operational hours
- Support, coach, and encourage restaurant staff to achieve business goals
- Oversee hiring, termination, promotion, and status changes for associates
- Manage product availability, order processing, and vendor communications
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards while driving revenue growth
