Job Requirements
- documented experience managing restaurants similar in style and complexity to assigned zone
- demonstrated success and accountability for restaurant performance
- ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent tasks
- ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, policies, and brand standards

- willingness to work varied and rotating schedules including opening, peak, and closing shifts

- knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to food service and safety
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years multi-unit, multi-concept management experience
- overall 8-10 years restaurant operations experience
- graduation from a food service management or culinary program is beneficial
- demonstrated team management and delegation skills
- strong decision-making and issue resolution abilities
- knowledge of HMSHost policies, product, service, and operational standards
- ability to understand and apply financial and operational reports
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in company tools such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos
Job Duties
- ensures all general managers and staff follow opening and closing procedures
- schedules managers to maintain leadership presence during all operating hours
- provides coaching and support to restaurant staff to achieve business objectives
- holds managers accountable for onboarding and offboarding processes
- monitors and manages financial and operational data for the zone
- resolves customer and associate issues or escalates when necessary
- manages inventory, product availability, and equipment maintenance
- complies with health, safety, and sanitary standards
- implements marketing programs to drive revenue
- promotes employee engagement and company recognition initiatives
- collaborates with senior leadership on operational and financial decisions
- ensures adherence to brand standards and landlord lease agreements
