Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of food service operations leadership
- Multi-site or portfolio experience preferred
- Preferred 2 years management experience within Bon Appetit
- Strong culinary knowledge and passion for food quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proven cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, ServSafe standards
Job Qualifications

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Familiarity with health, safety, and food sanitation standards such as OSHA, ADA, and ServSafe
Job Duties
- Design and implement SOPs across BOH, FOH, catering, and safety programs
- Collaborate with national team members to develop and improve programming
- Lead rollout strategies for new initiatives and ensure adherence to brand and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular walk-throughs and audits of FOH and BOH spaces
- Mentor and develop unit leads by strategizing with general managers
- Uphold compliance and streamline communication across all locations
- Travel annually to audit and train at all sites within the portfolio
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports for client and company leadership
- Track Waste Not metrics and improve food recovery efforts
- Monitor Food Standards Dashboard and drive improvements
- Verify food recovery donations and ensure accurate documentation
- Develop operational dashboard to consolidate reporting and metrics
- Identify CAPEX improvements and oversee purchasing projects
- Implement and uphold safety and sanitation training protocols
- Oversee safety incident investigations and manage communications
- Ensure completion of safety and hospitality training across units
- Audit safety reports and logs for accuracy and completeness
- Cascade safety alerts and ensure timely action
- Track ServSafe certifications, Steritech audits, and health inspections
- Maintain G&G labeling and packaging standards
- Conduct PPE check-ins and advise on new products
- Verify location compliance with permits and inspections
- Mentor general managers, executive chefs, and frontline leadership
- Foster a train-the-trainer environment for site leaders
- Lead design and delivery of hospitality training programs
- Drive accountability through site visits and team feedback
- Conduct leadership development coaching focusing on emotional intelligence and service recovery
