Job Requirements
- minimum 7 years of food service operations leadership
- multi-site or portfolio experience preferred
- 2 years of management experience within Bon Appetit preferred
- strong culinary knowledge
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- exceptional communication skills
- organizational and analytical skills
- proven leadership and project management abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team under deadlines
- knowledge of OSHA, ADA, ServSafe standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- design, implement, and oversee SOPs across BOH, FOH, catering, and safety programs
- collaborate with national team to develop and implement new programming
- lead rollout strategies for new initiatives ensuring adherence to brand and regulatory standards
- conduct regular walk-throughs and audits of FOH and BOH spaces
- mentor and develop unit leads through regular meetings
- uphold compliance and streamline communication across locations
- travel to audit and train at all sites annually
- contribute to monthly and quarterly leadership presentations
- track and report on food waste and sustainability metrics
- monitor food standards dashboard and drive improvements
- verify food recovery donations and documentation
- develop operational dashboard for reporting
- oversee CAPEX improvements and purchasing projects
- collaborate on data reporting and revenue growth
- implement and uphold safety and sanitation training protocols
- oversee safety incident investigations and communications
- ensure weekly safety and hospitality trainings
- audit compliance reports and logs
- cascade safety alerts and ensure timely actions
- track certifications and inspections
- maintain labeling and packaging standards
- conduct quarterly PPE check-ins
- verify location permitting and inspections
- mentor leadership teams to develop high-performing cultures
- foster train the trainer programs
- lead hospitality training initiatives
- drive training accountability
