Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years food service leadership experience
  • Multi-site management experience preferred
  • Strong culinary background
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead diverse teams
  • Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, ServSafe standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of food service operations leadership
  • Multi-site or portfolio experience preferred
  • Preferred 2 years of management experience within Bon Appetit
  • Strong culinary knowledge and passion for food quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and food sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Design and oversee SOPs across BOH, FOH, catering, and safety programs
  • Collaborate with national team to develop and implement new programming
  • Lead rollout strategies and ensure adherence to brand and regulatory standards
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs and audits of FOH and BOH spaces
  • Mentor and develop unit general managers
  • Uphold compliance and streamline communication across all locations
  • Travel annually to audit and train all sites
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly client and leadership reports
  • Track food waste and sustainability metrics
  • Monitor food standards dashboard and drive improvements
  • Verify food recovery donations and documentation
  • Develop operational dashboards for reporting
  • Identify CAPEX improvements and oversee purchasing projects
  • Implement and uphold safety and sanitation protocols
  • Manage safety incident investigations and communications
  • Ensure safety trainings are completed
  • Audit reports for accuracy and timeliness
  • Track certifications, audits, and health inspections
  • Maintain labeling and packaging standards
  • Conduct PPE check-ins
  • Mentor general managers and executive chefs
  • Lead hospitality-forward training programs
  • Drive accountability for training execution
  • Conduct leadership development coaching
  • Uphold company culture of excellence, sustainability, and hospitality
