Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work varied and rotating shifts including opening, busy dayparts, and closing
- Proficient understanding of federal, state, and local sanitary and safety standards
- Ability to make purchasing and operational decisions
- Willingness to comply with company training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- Documented and demonstrated experience managing multiple restaurant types including QSR, Casual Dine, and Full Service
- Minimum of 5 years multi-unit management experience with overall 8-10 years restaurant experience
- Ability to lead and develop teams, delegate effectively, and manage concurrent priorities
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies, product, service, and operational standards or ability to quickly acquire
- Strong communication skills including reading, comprehension, and interpersonal interaction
Job Duties
- Open and close restaurants ensuring all checklist requirements are met
- Schedule managers and staff to maintain leadership presence and operational coverage
- Provide coaching, support, and development for restaurant teams
- Hold General Managers accountable for onboarding, offboarding, and compliance activities
- Monitor financial and operational reports to meet business goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership on operational issues and strategic planning
- Ensure product availability, equipment maintenance, and manage vendor relationships
