Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
- Documented experience managing multi-unit, multi-concept restaurants
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute experience
- Demonstrate team management and delegation skills
- Willingness to work varied and rotating schedules including opening and closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- Documented experience managing multi-unit, multi-concept restaurants within the assigned zone
- Minimum of 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies, product, service, quality, equipment, and operations standards
- Ability to communicate clearly in reading, writing, and speaking
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute some experience
- Demonstrated team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills
Job Duties
- Ensure all restaurants within the zone are clean, staffed, open for business, and operating to high standards
- Hold general managers accountable for executing all opening and closing checklists
- Schedule managers to provide leadership on site during all operating hours
- Support and coach restaurant staff to achieve business goals
- Interview candidates and make hiring, termination, and promotion decisions
- Monitor financial and operational reports to assess progress towards goals
- Ensure daily orders are prepared and restaurants are stocked with appropriate product levels
