Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food service management
  • Minimum 3 years of concurrent multi-unit management experience for small zones
  • Minimum 5 years of concurrent multi-unit management for large zones
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions and company policies
  • Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and issue resolution skills
  • Flexibility to work varied and rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated multi-unit restaurant management experience for 3 to 5 years
  • Overall restaurant experience of 8 to 10 years
  • Knowledge of food service management policies, products, and operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead diverse teams
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and leadership
  • Ability to understand financial and operational reports
  • Experience with employee engagement and leadership development
  • Familiarity with technology platforms such as MIV, Crunch Time, and Kronos

Job Duties

  • Ensure all restaurants are prepared for next-day opening with complete opening and closing checklists
  • Schedule managers to provide leadership coverage during all operating hours
  • Support, coach, and encourage restaurant staff to achieve business goals
  • Hold General Managers accountable for onboarding, offboarding, and compliance activities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, communicate goals and implement recognition initiatives
  • Manage financial decisions including purchasing and loss prevention coordination
  • Oversee product availability, supply chain issues, and equipment maintenance
  • Develop and conduct training programs and promote technology adoption
  • Maintain brand standards, marketing program implementation, and visual appeal of restaurants
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and protocols
