Job Requirements

  • Documented experience managing QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service or similar restaurants
  • Concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management for 3-5 years
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegated teams
  • Understanding of company policies and product standards or willingness to learn
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policies
  • Flexible schedule including varied shifts
  • Ability to travel or be on-site during peak operational hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience
  • Graduation from Food Service Management or Culinary program preferred
  • Demonstrated team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills
  • Proficient in hospitality operations, policies, and software tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and sanitary standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure all restaurants in the zone meet opening and closing checklist requirements
  • Schedule and deploy managers to maintain leadership presence during all hours
  • Provide coaching and support to restaurant staff to achieve business goals
  • Hold general managers accountable for onboarding, training, and compliance
  • Monitor financial and operational data to track progress toward goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, financial decisions, and operational controls
  • Implement and oversee marketing programs and brand standards adherence
