Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work 10 plus hour shifts standing, sitting, walking, squatting, and climbing stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with UltiPro, Toast POS, and CrunchTime or TeamworX systems
- Current ServSafe, Allergen, and ChokeSaver certifications

- 5 plus years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, cafe, or hospitality
- Proven success leading high-volume operations and developing managers into senior leaders
- Strong financial acumen with track record of margin and top-line growth
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills
- Hands-on, visible leader thriving in dynamic growth environments
Job Duties
- Mentor and inspire a team of general managers, head chefs, and cafe managers building a strong leadership bench
- Reinforce clear performance expectations and hold teams accountable
- Drive succession planning and talent pipelines
- Communicate effectively across all levels
- Address team challenges proactively
- Hire and maintain staffing levels across cafes
- Lead with company values fostering positive team culture
- Ensure every cafe delivers uncompromising quality and hospitality
- Implement consistent operational systems and standards
- Lead cafe transitions and new openings
- Build effective daily routines and operational accountability
- Ensure food safety compliance district-wide
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional departments
- Foster environment of trust, respect, and accountability
- Provide expertise on policies and address compliance issues
- Own district P and L analyzing trends and delivering financial results
- Optimize labor and food costs and improve forecasting
- Use metrics and dashboards for decision-making
- Identify and respond to sales trends and local dynamics
- Partner with HR, Culinary, Training, Marketing, and Facilities
- Act as a culture carrier and change agent
- Balance day-to-day execution with long-term development
- Maintain focus under pressure adjusting priorities
- Use data and feedback for continuous improvement
- Set clear goals and ensure alignment across locations
