Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience as an executive chef
- Leadership experience over multiple food outlets
- Culinary arts degree or certificate preferred
- ServSafe and food safety certifications required
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience as an executive chef in a high-volume industry-leading concept or catering company
- Previous leadership experience managing multiple outlets with focus on menu development and cost control
- Culinary arts certificate or degree preferred
- Required ServSafe and food safety handler certifications
- Strong financial acumen including experience with P&Ls, budgeting, and use of Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to lead teams effectively and influence performance positively
- Willingness to travel 10-25% within the region
- Flexibility to work varied schedules
- Proven ability to develop culinary talent through coaching and training
Job Duties
- Implement company food and beverage standards and strive to improve culinary offerings within the region
- Manage food cost, kitchen labor costs, and unit profitability for multiple airport locations
- Support chef development through onboarding, coaching, training, and development planning
- Participate in new hire practicals and ensure adherence to national culinary standards
- Analyze financial performance of units and develop action plans to optimize food and labor costs
- Troubleshoot local culinary issues, consult HR on employee matters, and enforce menu and product standards
- Plan and execute VIP or large special events with full coordination and resource management
