- 1+ years of experience in general repairs and maintenance
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lead and train others
- Effective communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to work hands-on in a variety of maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers
- Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- Perform basic maintenance on store structures
- Train other level I technicians and provide peer-to-peer technical support
- Prioritize work assignments and manage time effectively
- Support facility location ownership and maintain operational standards
