Job Duties
- respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers
- handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- perform basic maintenance on structures
- provide training to other level I technicians
- prioritize work assignments
- maintain facility location ownership
