Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in general repair plumbing electrical carpentry painting and light HVAC
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to read interpret and understand work orders in English

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Maintaining and repairing multiple properties
- Plumbing and electrical systems including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses
- Repairing parking lots and sidewalks with asphalt cold patching materials and concrete
- Repairing and/or replacing building brick stone and concrete
- Maintaining and repairing wood parts of buildings
- Assisting other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies
- Cleaning internal areas of buildings including buffing dusting sweeping and mopping
- Emptying trash cans and consolidating trash for weekly pickup
- Painting interior and exterior walls and trim
