Job Requirements

High school diploma
Minimum one year experience in grounds keeping and/or housekeeping
Strong customer service abilities
Availability to work nights and weekends
Capability to work independently
Effective communication skills
Possession of valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean MVR report
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs and ladders
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors

Job Qualifications

Ability to work nights and weekends
Ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean MVR report

Job Duties

Inspect property daily and report safety hazards or repairs
Sweep parking lots, curbs, walkways, entryways, and hallways
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas
Pick up trash on grounds and common areas
Ensure external fixtures and light fixtures are clean and operational
Replace lightbulbs as needed
Assist with removal of furniture, appliances, and debris from vacated suites
Maintain cleanliness of vacant suites and prepare them for move-in
Perform light landscaping including planting, watering, mowing, weeding, and trimming bushes
Maintain snow removal operations as needed
Provide support to other on-site staff as directed
Perform other duties as assigned
