Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands
- occasional climbing
- ability to use close, distance, color vision, depth perception and adjust focus
- beginner computer and Internet knowledge preferred
- ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
- availability to work nights, weekends and occasional holidays
- commitment to professional development and career growth
- regular attendance and participation in company events
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Handle all day-to-day responsibilities and duties for two or more apartment communities
- responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
- assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
- complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
- organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
- present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
- complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
