Job Requirements

- minimum of one year of experience as a porter preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic computer and internet skills preferred

Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
- high school education or equivalent is preferred
- accurately perform basic mathematical functions
- beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
- ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, climb as needed
- ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- ability to work extended or flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- handle all day-to-day responsibilities and duties for two or more apartment communities
- responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
- assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
- complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
- organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
- present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
- complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
