Job Duties

  • Patrol hotel property to identify safety or security concerns
  • Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies
  • Document incidents and assist with initial investigations
  • Enforce safety policies and support loss prevention efforts
  • Promote safety awareness among guests and staff
  • Provide a visible, helpful, and professional presence throughout the hotel
