Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three to five years of property vacation ownership or hotel management experience
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of administrative duties and regulatory standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial analysis
  • Understanding of HOA governance and statutes
  • Willingness to travel infrequently for short durations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment
  • Knowledge of front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments
  • Professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Associate governance preferred
  • Community Association Management Certification preferred
  • Hospitality certifications preferred including CMCA, CPR, Certified Pool Operator
  • Strong leadership ability with experience in managing work groups
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting
  • Working knowledge of applicable codes, laws and regulations
  • Understanding of Labor Relations where appropriate
  • Professional appearance and ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Three to five years property vacation ownership or hotel management experience with mixed discipline

Job Duties

  • Maintain overall operation of the resort including oversight of department managers
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and loss prevention standards through audits and inspections
  • Build and maintain positive customer and associate relationships by exhibiting ethics and integrity
  • Motivate, coach, train, and retain talent, partnering with Human Resources to address employee relations issues
  • Manage financial operations including budgeting, expense analysis, and monthly financial reporting
  • Oversee Homeowners Association relationships including governance and contract review
  • Initiate and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
