Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience is required
- must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and ability to work under pressure
- knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests
- ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices
- ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room

Job Duties
- Set and arrange tables per reservations
- reset tables promptly
- clear dirty dishes from dining/bar area
- deliver bread and refill water glasses
- maintain stock of glassware, silverware, plates, ice, and linen
- keep work area clean, including sweeping, mopping, restroom upkeep, and trash removal
- assist servers with guest requests
- perform other duties as assigned
