Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification
- Knowledge of beverage products and garnishes
- Willingness to follow all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Provide general support to all bar needs by ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Maintain adequate stock levels of products and supplies
- Assist bartender with tasks such as replenishing fruit trays, stocking liquor, beer, and wine
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or patrons
- Clean and stock glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Deliver beverage orders timely and assist with responsible alcohol service
