Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift at least 50lbs
- knowledge of basic bar operations
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- readiness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

- able to read and follow recipes for juices and batch cocktails
- properly use a knife and other kitchen equipment
- maintain all necessary certifications
Job Duties
- interacting with guests and staff members in professional and positive manner
- assist the bar staff in filling ice wells and stocking wells with necessary liquor bottles
- ensure beer bottles, wine, and cordials are stocked
- refill and date mixers, juices, and syrups
- cut fruit and other garnishes
- make sure the bar is setup for success
- empty bus tubs and pre-bus the bar top
- make batch cocktails according to proper recipes
- understand batch system to ensure proper changing of canisters
- arrive for shift on-time and ready to work in proper uniform
- use juicing machines in a safe and sanitary manner ensuring pars for the bar are met
- follow direction from management and bartenders
- have extensive knowledge on the menu and answer guest questions pertaining to food or drinks
- obtain and update any required certifications
- setup and break down bar area before and after each shift
- clean floors, bar top, and wells
- empty trash cans and wash dishes using bar machine
