Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or related area
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional certification(s) in event planning, digital marketing, or project management a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other content management tools
- Experience using CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Creative thinking ability
Job Qualifications

- Professional certification(s) in event planning, digital marketing, or project management (e.g., CMP, Act-On, Hootsuite) a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other content management tools
- Experience using CRM and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Act-On)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including exhibitor kits, shipping, promotional materials, and event deliverables
- Manage internal communications related to event participation, including registration reminders, travel information, and post-event follow-ups
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Lead to support event timelines, vendor coordination, and task management
- Maintain and organize marketing materials and digital assets within SharePoint and other marketing platforms
- Assist with CRM list management, marketing automation tasks, and updates to digital marketing materials
- Support social media promotion and video content creation to extend event and brand visibility before, during, and after events
