Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required
- ability to perform routine operations possibly including shift work and overtime
- knowledge of inventory management systems and software like SAP
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to maintain compliance with FAA and JAA technical data
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- 2 years of experience managing inventory or working in a materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role preferred
- experience with Access and/or Excel databases preferred
Job Duties
- Utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
- use SAP and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN
- perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
- perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
- package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
- maintain current knowledge of and comply with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned
- train other personnel
- ensure completion and accuracy of QN paperwork and parts received into the MRB crib
- provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
