Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to perform routine operations and work overtime when needed
- Willingness to work onsite Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills with ability to use SAP and other inventory management software
- Ability to comply with FAA and JAA technical data standards
- Ability to train personnel and provide technical support
Job Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract
- Two years of experience managing inventory or working in materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role preferred
- Experience with Access and/or Excel databases preferred
Job Duties
- Utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
- Use SAP and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN
- Perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
- Perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
- Package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
- Maintain current knowledge of and comply with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned
- Train other personnel
- Ensure completion and accuracy of QN paperwork and parts received into the MRB crib
- Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
