Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to perform routine operations and work overtime when needed
  • Willingness to work onsite Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills with ability to use SAP and other inventory management software
  • Ability to comply with FAA and JAA technical data standards
  • Ability to train personnel and provide technical support

Job Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract
  • Two years of experience managing inventory or working in materials, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role preferred
  • Experience with Access and/or Excel databases preferred

Job Duties

  • Utilize applicable standard work and inventory management system to ensure inventory accuracy of the MRB-Quality Clinic
  • Use SAP and other software to receive/disperse parts and to capture inventory of MRB crib parts on QN
  • Perform basic cycle counts as required to maintain inventory
  • Perform post-disposition process for the MRB-Quality Clinic
  • Package and ship customer returned material as required for the Quality Clinic
  • Maintain current knowledge of and comply with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned
  • Train other personnel
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of QN paperwork and parts received into the MRB crib
  • Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team
