Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year related experience and/or training
- ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk and hear regularly
- ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl frequently
- ability to sit, climb, balance, taste and smell occasionally
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- willingness to follow company policies and regulations including HIPAA
- ability to practice safe working habits
- ability to take initiative and perform special projects as assigned
- ability to interact professionally with residents, families, and associates
- willingness to maintain professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year related experience and/or training
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- effective presentation and communication skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios, and percent
- problem-solving abilities
- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- knowledge of Office 365 and Yardi software
Job Duties
- Prepare and complete all paperwork related to new move-ins and transfers according to state guidelines and company policy including move-in packets
- expedite the move-in process by coordinating assessments with Director of Resident Services
- coordinate distribution of move-in paperwork to appropriate departments
- communicate unit readiness with departments to ensure timely move-ins and transfers
- greet prospects, residents, vendors, visitors, and associates professionally
- maintain high levels of customer service and occupancy and establish good relationships with residents and their families
- utilize professional telephone etiquette and respond to inquiries
- facilitate new resident orientation with department heads
- complete pre-move-in inspections and report any issues
- hand deliver move-in gift on move-in day
- perform resident orientation and move-in inspection with new residents
- assist in planning and hosting events for prospects and referral sources
- present community to prospects and residents to aid sales process
- ensure model and respite rooms are ready to show
- share customer satisfaction feedback with management
- attend meetings and trainings
- follow established emergency policies and HIPAA regulations
- maintain professional appearance and grooming
- practice safe working habits
- take initiative and perform other duties as assigned
